Bill & Brian Thibadeau Owners

Bill moved to the Treasure Valley in 1974 and has been working in the construction field since.  His son, Brian grew up in the Boise area and has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry.  Bill built Thibadeau Drywall and partners with Brian in the operation of this drywall business. They also partnered up to operate as Stylish Homes in 1997 and have built many quality homes in the Treasure Valley during the past 11 years. During multiple remodels that the company produced Bill and Brian saw the continual desire for home modifications that met the needs of family members with varying ability levels. In response they partnered up again and opened the doors of AIP Remodeling in 2008.

Bill is a well-read and intellectual individual and continually educates himself on new products, services, improvements, and technology advancements that relate to remodeling. He is a certified by NAHB as an Aging In Place Remodeling Specialist and just completed the Universal Remodeling Training offered by NARI. Brian is very talented with design and is continually furthering his education in the remodeling field. Both owners are NARI Certified Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling Specialists.

In his free time Bill enjoys seasonal games of golf and skiing, scuba diving and is an avid year-round handball player.  Brian enjoys running, golfing, and family activities with his wife and two daughters.

Tabitha Hoffman Office Manager

Tabitha has worked in client relations for 9 years.  Before joining the Case Team she managed an in-home daycare.  Tabitha is new to the construction industry but doesn't touch the tools, just the paperwork.  She is also the computer-nerd of the group and designer of the AIP web site. Tabitha is the Prius driving green-advocate of our team and has inspired office recycling.  She enjoys spending her free time bike-riding and experiencing the outdoors with her family.
